05.01.2022 6am ladies completed a group workout today where they had to compete between them 500 ring rows 500 thrusters 500 push ups... 500 back squats 500 sumo deadlift highpull 500 wall balls 300 burpees 300 deadball over shoulder 30 cul-de-sac runs 30 weigted hill runs *someone always had to be planking or there was a burpee penalty! They had a 30 min cap and whatever reps were left they had a burpee penalty! They only had 10 burpees at the end! This one is an oldie but always lots of fun to work together
