20.01.2022 The 18 hours of Melrose 2020 is soon upon us and Darren and I are excited to be a part of it this year. We are busy preparing a menu just for that weekend including all day takeaway pie floaters with homemade pea and ham soup, pies, pasties and sausage rolls and pizzas. I will post the menu when it is completed. We are also hoping to have live entertainment to entertain evening dinners. As this is a big event, booking for lunch and dinner will be essential, we will have two ...sittings for lunch and three sittings for dinner. Lunch is 12 noon to 1.20pm and 1.25pm to 2.30. Dinner is 5.30pm and 6.45pm and 8pm. Covid-19 has made us all make adjustments. We ask that if you are having lunch or dinner with us and would like a drink first, please consider the 1.5 metre distancing rule along with our limit of 19 people in the bar area. We will set up the pool room for bar sitting as well as the inside alfresco will be available and as normal out the front. 09.01.2022 Mt Remarkable Hotel can now not only boast five Vegetarian Meals and one Vegan Meal, we now have Taylors Estate Sauvignon Blanc VEGAN AUSTRALIA CERTIFIED wine.

Flavoured pies as well as pasties and sausage rolls. We also hope to get a few vegetarian pasties....
