14.01.2022 Hi y’all !!! A few short hours until the Bootstraps website goes live and I officially enter the online jerky market... I have so many people to thank that have... contributed in helping me reach this goal. First of all, a big massive thankyou goes out to Billy and Janice and the gang at Mt Warning Natural Smoked Products. 100% goes without saying that I would not be where I am right now without the right environment to learn and grow my business, so thankyou all for being so accommodating to me, and giving me a leg up in the industry - your watchful eye and guidance has helped me beyond words. Billy has been in the industry for 40 years and knows a thing or two about making absolutely delicious smoked products so if you come across anything with this chicken logo on it, you can bet your left nut that it tastes good !!! Secondly, my hat goes off to AllStar OhBrien, the man behind the scenes, for the countless hours and energy he has put into bringing my crazy idea to life. I’ve spent the last couple of years pretty much just spitting ideas at him, and I couldn’t be more happier with the end result. Al’s superpower is the ability to climb inside your brain and breathe life into the ideas that you visualise, he truly is a wizard in his chosen field and a great guy too !!!
