15.01.2022 I love finding solutions.. Andy came to me struggling with not being able to do right hand steep tech corners ... He’s been riding most of his life at a good level but for some weird reason was stuck with this.... I have a deep passion for psychology and a background in sports science so it didn’t take long to figure out he simply didn’t trust his right leg. Her crashed years ago and damaged it - did the rehab and got back on the bike ... but did he truly trust it? No. So he has some on bike homework and lots of knee rehab as well as some fun balancing whilst watching TV ( UCI DH on Red Bull I suspect ) to help turn his conscious skills to sub conscious - basically taking off bike abilities to the bike.

05.01.2022 Wet weather changes. 1. Assegai 2.5 replaces DHF 2.5 2. Same rear tyre 3. Less PSI front shocks 4. Less HSC and LSC front ... 5. Less rebound front 6. More PSI rear shock All about getting more weight and traction on the front.
