22.01.2022 All Customers, With the recent update announcement from the State Government in regards to new COVID-19 restrictions. Restrictions have returned as they were at midnight on Monday 16th of November, which means the swim school is closed still until further notice. We believe during the coming week restrictions will be reviewed and hopefully we can get back up and running again soon.... As for lap swimming and rehabilitation at our swim schools, this will be reviewed on Wednesday 25th by our management teams. As we are updated by the State Government on anything new, we will update all our customers by Facebook, email and by phone. Again we thank all our customers for their patience and kind words. 21.01.2022 We are planning to re-open Tuesday, 1st December subject to the authorities giving the green light to do so. We are looking forward to seeing our customers back in the pool. We would like to mention there will be some changes for when we re-open. We will need to restrict numbers to only one caregiver per customer, you will need to use a QR code to log your attendance, practice social distancing and use hand sanitiser. 19.01.2022 We are still waiting on delivery of the updated Emergency Direction from authorities to confirm whether we can re-open or not. We are also waiting to receive the new COVID-19 Safety or Management plan, which is expected to contain our unique QR code from the SA Government, which will be the primary way for authorities to contact trace. That QR code will be prominently displayed at our entrance. You will need to download the mySA Gov app which contains the QR Code Scanner f...rom https://loom.ly/AIsEQiI if you wish to use the QR code. If you do not have a smartphone, then our reception staff will assist with a manual contact tracing record. I love working with children, so seeing the smiles of the kids when they are swimming, and watching their ski...lls and confidence grow within the week is the reason I adore my job. Hi , I’m Amber and I am also one of the instructors for the upcoming swim vac program. I’ve been teaching for two and a half years. As an ex competitive swimmer I am passionate about improving technique. I try to ensure that swimming lessons are a fun space to excel learning. I enjoy seeing the accelerated improvement which comes from a week of swim vac and getting to know what works for each child. 13.01.2022 We’ve had plenty of queries today from customers about when we can open. Learn to Swim, Squads, Aquarobics and Lap Swimming are back to NORMAL as of midday Tuesday, 1st December. To assist us to manage our numbers, there will be no Make Ups for the month of December. We have also relaxed our Make Up Policy so all financial customers will have until 31st March 2021 to use their current Make Ups. We have received our unique QR code, so make sure to download the free mySA GOV ap...p because you will need to have it installed and ready to use.
