20.01.2022 Good Morning, As theres still uncertainty with Covid-19 around when groups will be able to meet face to face again, Lifeline Macarthur will be offering Suicide Bereavement Support Groups via Zoom. The groups offer those who have lost a loved one to suicide the opportunity to share their experience with others who have lost a loved one to suicide. The groups are structured to also support those bereaved in managing and moving through their grief.... We will be offering day and evening groups - the day groups are generally held 10 11.30 am and the evenings are held 6 7.30 pm. For those unfamiliar with Zoom it is relatively easy to use you need a smartphone, or a tablet such as an iPad, or a computer. You will then need to download Zoom onto your device and just before the meeting you click on the link well send to you. Were more than happy to go through a test run for those who havent used Zoom before. If you would like to join a group or are after more information, please contact Anne Rogers on 4645 7212.
