06.01.2022 Earlier this week we visited Margaret and Ian at Mt Coghill Vineyard near Ballarat, where we tried their excellent cool climate wines. Their small vineyard is p...lanted on red volcanic soil which produces fruit-driven wine. We couldn't resist bringing back a case of this Chardonnay, made by Margaret and Ian's nephew Owen Latta (winemaker at Eastern Peake). Perfect drop for a spring Thursday. See more

04.01.2022 We had another visit from Mt Coghill Vineyard's Margaret and Ian this week, hand-delivering their excellent Pinot Noir. Their nephew Owen Latta (of Eastern Peake and LATTA vino) works wonders with the fruit from their tiny vineyard near Ballarat. Just right for Friday night!
