23.01.2022 A UFO for over 40 years recently completed by Betty of Ballina. We had a little work to do in converting discontinued shades to current shades to get enough threads to finish but the effort was worth it. Well done Betty!!

22.01.2022 Am I the only one who looks at this photo and starts thinking about which threads would look the best if this was being stitched?? Spring in San Anton Palace Gardens, Valletta, Malta. Jennifer

13.01.2022 Help please all cross stitchers!!..... I have had a query about the Lady of the Camillias Kit by Lanarte. This design doesnt appear to have any back stitch in the design (a bit unusual) .... if you were working this picture, would YOU add in some backstitch for some definition, perhaps around the eyes and jewellery or leave it the way it is....?? Jennifer

12.01.2022 This amazing hand made quilt which is hanging in NSW Government House is dedicated to those who lost their lives in the Afghanistan conflict.... incredible work and so humbling....

08.01.2022 Happy New Year!! I hope Santa brought you lots of goodies over the Festive season and that the New Year brings good health, happiness and an ample amount of time to work on all your projects!! Apart from the obvious New Years Resolution of getting all of your projects finished, perhaps a more practical Resolution would be to not start another one until you finish one!! What excellent motivation to get that last little tricky bit done! Jennifer

This kit would make a wonderful gift or souvenir for an overseas visitor or just someone who loves this beautiful city set on our glorious Sydney Harbour.
