22.01.2022 Reunion postponed. October usually sees many of our alumni return to the Heritage Centre for a reunion. This year, unfortunately, that cannot happen due to Covid. Yesterday we emailed all former students whose email address we have on file, to advise them of that unfortunate news, but hopefully, we will come back bigger and better than ever in 2021. If you are not on our emailing list and would like to be included, please email the Heritage Centre on [email protected] and we will gladly add you for future mailings. Those former students who are celebrating special anniversaries in 2021 (20 years, 30 years, 40 years and 50 years) may particularly be interested in letting us know their current email address.

Who would not enjoy walking through this picturesque campus? No girls out washing the statues these days, but the Presentation Sisters have left a magnificent legacy to every student who has attended school here, and for every student who will attend school here in the future. The five founding sisters who arrived here in 1874 had a vision to educate young children. They endured harsh conditions and many obstacles to fulfill their dream. We now reap the benefits of their hard work and dedication. God bless them all

This was scanned from a Together magazine supplement from 1974, celebrating the centenary of the Presentation Sisters arrival in Wagga Wagga in 1874. Note the reference to the cost of school fees back in 1974 and the comparison to what fees were in the 30s. Very different to the amount we earn these days and the cost of educating a child in 2020.

This was an historic step for the boarding school, after the closure of Mt Erin High School in 2003. The boarding school is now "home" to over 100 weekly boarders who attend either Kildare Catholic College or Mater Dei Catholic College. So much history for current students to learn about and wonderful memories for thousands of past students to recall.
