21.01.2022 School Carnival Swim Training- The coaches at the Mt Helena Swim Club can teach your child how to participate in a swim race so that they can achieve their personal best and help to minimise the nerves come school carnival race day. Sessions focus on race starts, diving, relay changeovers and stroke development. WHEN: Starts Friday 31st January WHERE: Mt Helena Aquatic Centre... COST: $80 per month gets you two sessions per week of 1 hour duration each. TRAINING DAYS- Wednesday and Fridays - 4pm to 5pm *Swimmers need to be able to swim 50m freestyle, 50m breastroke and 50m backstroke without stopping. If you are unsure come down to the pool during our clubs training days for a quick free appraisal. *Offer is available to new swimmers only. Offer available till end of March 2010.
