Please read the following notice to help EVERYONE (including our furry family members) enjoy the Easter Holiday break... :) Chocolate toxicity in pets is most common around Easter time... so don't forget when scattering and hiding the chocolate Easter bunny eggs for the hunt on Sunday morning that you are sure to take note where they are placed and count how m...any you have placed. To ensure we do the best we can for the safety of you, our team and the community during this trying time we are implementing the following FOUR measures as of today.... To maintain the social distancing regulations within the reception area we ask that you: 1 - On arrival phone reception and ask to check your pet in, please remain in your car until a team member contacts you for your consultation. If your pet's condition worsens during your waiting time or you think you may need urgent attention, please come inside or phone reception for emergency care. 2 - Please limit consultations to one person. 3 - Please practice excellent hand hygiene and avoid touching members of our team. 4 - If you are coming to the clinic for medications or over the counter sales please call ahead so we can have it ready for your collection.
