19.01.2022 Myofascial cupping has a number of applications. In particular it is great for sports people who may have muscle strain injuries or fatigued/tight muscles. Cups can be applied and then used to stretch the facial connective tissue away from the muscle. This promotes better mobility and blood flow to the area.
