07.01.2022 Please refer to "About" for items included in the hire of the hall. Current hire fees: Day of event $350 Day before to setup $150... Day after to clean up $150 Bond $1,000 Total hire fee including bond must be paid in full one month before your event. Other charges: Champagne glasses $55 Beer glasses $55 These fees are subject to change without notice. Please note, you will receive a reduced bond refund for a number of reasons. The hall must be left in the condition you found it. Common bond reductions include (but are not limited to): Failure to remove your rubbish from the site Leaving the lights on Toilets not clean Leaving the drink fridge running after the event Failure to drain and clean the dishwashers Leaving the gates open when the hall is unattended Not cleaning properly Please note that this list is not exhaustive. The committee will determine whether the condition is satisfactory and will return your bond monies with details of the deductions (if any). The committee's decision is final and no further correspondence shall be entered into. We are a small team of volunteers running this hall (we do not work for the council, if we have to clean up after you it means time away from our families).
