11.01.2022 TEAM BUILDING through sharing what we've learnt in Toastmasters - #5 by Sharne: "Mentoring should never be forever and always have a natural end. Mentors should be interested in process improvement, eg. practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. A mentee is about emulating the values from the mentor and when gained, should naturally end the relationship. The only exception being when the mentor can step down from their position as expert and equalise the relationship. So the mentor learns equally from the mentee."
