13.01.2022 Rich in antioxidants Lemon myrtle is one of many Australian native fruits, herbs and spices rich in antioxidants. This Agrifoods study shows how superior lemon myrtle is compared to blueberries. Love Lemon Myrtle.

07.01.2022 Life begins @ 13 degrees for lemon myrtle. Spring is a wonderful time when nature comes alive and the first shoots of activity begin. Lemon myrtle is no different, emerging from a long winter of inactivity, almost dormancy. This morning it is busy circulating sap to intensify colour and flavour in each leaf. I love the early hours of the day listening to nature. Lemon myrtle makes me smile and be thankful ......

05.01.2022 Green from Red Here at Love Lemon Myrtle our trees are grown on Ferralsols, the red soils of Tamborine Mountain. This soil was created over 20 million years ago... during the last volcanic eruption. It has wonderful structure, is rich in organic matter and has an iron content over 9%. Legend has it that these soils are a healing place for women, probably due to the fact that human blood contains hemoglobin, iron rich protein in red blood cells. The flavours of food (including our tea) grown on these soils are unique. Another reason to love lemon myrtle.. #lemonmyrtle, #organicfood, #lemonmyrtletea, #organicskincare, #herbaltea, #antioxidants, #antiviral, #organic, #tamborinemountain, #antibacterial, #scenicrim See more
