10.01.2022 Growing food from home is one way that we could support the wider community by potentially limiting your need to leave home in these unprecedented times. Or if not it is a great way to keep busy for those self isolating. Here's a handy guide for those wondering how they can start growing edibles from home now

09.01.2022 Free event on Wednesday November 27 at 5.30pm at the City of Melbourne Bowls Club, Flagstaff Gardens: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/canopy-green-roof-forum-sto

08.01.2022 Some of our lovely volunteers got together today to harvest some bananas and then chop the fruiting stalk (a pseudostem) down! This is necessary as bananas only fruit on a stalk once and these sap energy away from juvenile plants (or pups). We then chopped up the incredibly juicy stem and placed it in our raised beds, where the beautiful soil ecosystem will break it down, providing nutrients and moisture to our summer crops.

06.01.2022 Come by the garden in Stress Less Week. Stop and check out the colours springing out of the beds and enjoy the tranquil setting. It works wonders!!! #stresslessweek #greenspaces #stressless #communitygarden #chillout #colour #relax #unwind #flowers #outdoors #sunshine

06.01.2022 These are my absolute favourite..... passion flowers. Aren't they miraculous?? And to think that they turn into juicy passionfruit.......You can't get much better than that!! Looking forward to seeing you all at the garden tomorrow at 4.30 pm!
