06.01.2022 G'day Warriors! For those of you looking for an extra session or two during the week, our very own Smithy is running some group workouts in Queens Park. It's called Team First Training and it's a sports-based workout, with drills from AFL, NRL, soccer, cricket and more. Free of charge for Mac Uni players! Sessions are Wednesday 6am, 7am, 6pm, Saturday 8am and The Sunday Session 4pm (it wouldn't be a Sunday Session without a drink at the end!). Hit up the page or Smithy for more details.
