25.01.2022 Just fitted another cabin pressuriser system to a D10R. These systems certainly help reduce dust & improve ac system performance Customer now says he can wipe the dash at the end of the day & have have a clean rag. 25.01.2022 Celebrating 20 years at muckadilla on australia day 2020. Thanks to everyone for their attendance. Special thanks to the local ladys who helped out from the muckadilla hall & everyone who assisted. Had a good crowd of 80. Looking forward to continuing to support the farmers & contractors of the maranoa warrego region into the future. Good to see it starting to green up after some much needed rain.

24.01.2022 Latest job D10N evaporator box refurbished & modified to take my cabin pressuriser. Best way to keep the dust out of your cabin. We also make it easier to service by fitting a one piece gasket seal to the back of the box to allow easier access.

24.01.2022 These new style reddot R6101 units look good & also have improved performance than the old style r6100 units. Just fitted this unit to a white road boss for a local property owner.

22.01.2022 Just some fun in the bush using the truck to it's potential. The truck was fully loaded to it's new 7.5t gvm. Came across a cattle truck fully loaded 4 decks stuck on black soil on newly formed road had a scud go across in front just bad luck just no traction took a while using 20t snatch strap & then had to assist for 3km in low 4 3rd gear but got him out.

21.01.2022 Here is the reason you should always replace your fuses with the designated rated amperage ones. Customer just purchased a timberpro harvester. Engine cut out & smelt smoke in cabin. After much diagnosing found main power control module burnt out. New unit over $3000.00 & 2 weeks ex usa. The original fault was the ac compressor wire short to ground from ac belt damage. Because someone had put a 30a fuse where a 3a fuse should have been it caused the board to burn out. A simpl...e thing as putting in the wrong fuse can cost a lot of damage. And to just make it worse the new board that was supplied was faulty so had to get another new one from usa. When fitted all good. See more

20.01.2022 Just completed 2 reddot condensor installations on new westernstars

20.01.2022 Another successful trip out west. Fitted reddot system to cat skidsteer. Carried out ac & general servicing on rollers in barcaldine,aramac & muttaburra. Total 1511km over 4 days.

20.01.2022 More ac repairs this time 580km from home on a d12 super dozer. It has been stretched & had a v12 fitted to it. Uses 2000l fuel in a 12hr shift towing a 10m cutter bar

17.01.2022 Toyota hilux cant understand why toyota fit cab filters to some & not others. They have the panel there for the filter we just had to cut it out & fit a filter will help reduce this problem.

17.01.2022 Latest job in workshop. Remove & reseal rear differential. Repair dozer blade & broken rams. 6000 hr service. To add to the fun each wheel weighs over 1700 kg as they were solid filled no air. Clean down was the usual mess.

14.01.2022 Another busy 3 weeks a bit over 4350km travelled over 3 weeks repairing ac systems . If you have a ac job we will come to you. 12.01.2022 Another fun couple days in the bush. Servicing logging equipment. 1500 hr service on the forwarder & 2000 hr on the harvester. Had to do some repairs to the southstar 450 harvester head as well.

11.01.2022 We have now made a unit for the kubota 65 series. We are able to put the unit below roof height because the lift arm cross bar does not come as close to the cabin as the 75 & 95 models. The filter assembly needs to be removed when the cab is tilted this only requires removal of 4 bolts.

02.01.2022 Just another day at work. Travelled to Capella to help with recovery & inspection of a rolled 630c skidder. Operators managed to recover & pull machine up the hill to a point where i could remove hydraulic pump & engine for inspection as this is a insurance claim. Bit of a slow haul to go to the site. Even longer it took 1hr 12min to go the 8km back down the hill with the engine on the back of the truck. Who needs aussie salvage crew

02.01.2022 Latest project we have developed a cabin pressuriser & engine precleaner system for kubota skid steers. These units allow you to pressurise the cabin reducing dust entry & allowing the ac system to work better & improving operator comfort. It also has a Donaldson turbo pre cleaner which gets your engine air intake out of the heat & dust allowing for better performance & longer air filter life. 02.01.2022 Just arrived back from a 3 day away job to blackall & surrounding areas. Last part was from babbiloora station east of tambo to a road works site on mt moffat road had to go via dooloogarah station through mt Moffat national park as a short cut 175km trip took 4.5 hrs with a average speed of 38kph definitely worth the drive got to see some remote country not seen by many still a long trip when the repairs only took less than 1hr.
