25.01.2022 The girls love our new kitchen

23.01.2022 Hi Families, Please check your emails as an important email was sent out today.

21.01.2022 Our new big project is built, 3mx3mx400ml sandpit (Yes, we did it by hand)! We hope our daycare friend's enjoy the new addition to outdoor play just as much as we do A massive thanks to hubby who helped out alot, definitely wouldn't have been able to do it myself! All we need to do still is level and clean up the area around the sandpit and grow some grass to make it more comfortable.

21.01.2022 Happy 1st Birthday to our little friend Miss I

20.01.2022 With so much fascination and determination watching Miss F jump on her sandcastles, our little friend Miss I wanted to have a go at smashing them too! She loved it

18.01.2022 We have some more great little wooden additions to our kitchen and wooden people for our doll house

18.01.2022 Hi everyone I will be open again from Thursday 24th september. Thank you for understandings at this difficult time. See you all soon

17.01.2022 Hey Families We still have some vacancies Monday to Friday Children 6 Weeks to 5 Years Please share the word!

16.01.2022 Happy Monday Another fun filled day with various activities to do. A beautiful sunny day but again with more windy weather so we decided to stay inside, Miss I and Miss R loved watching the trees blow in the wind! ... For our planned activity, I pulled out the chalk boards for the children to draw on. Mr W had fun drawing his trucks and cars. Miss R, Miss I, and Mr W found cleaning the boards with a damp cloth very fascinating after they were finished drawing one thing to draw the next... because the chalk just disappeared All our littlies are at the stage where they are are attempting to 'get up and go' (walking)! So we practised some gross motor skills for walking and balancing. Being supportive and encouraging helps the children to built up their confidence to have a go. We all achieved between 4 to 6 steps by ourselves

16.01.2022 Hey everyone Sorry we haven't shared in a while. We have perfect weather for sandpit play today Our most popular play area that the children really enjoy. Miss F loves to build sandcastles and Miss I loves to climb to the top of the towers and slide down the slide into the sand.

14.01.2022 Thanks to the chilly weather, it has given us the excuse to stay inside and watch a couple of movies

11.01.2022 It feels great that there are some lovely people out there who think of you! Thank you, it's been a difficult year but if we keep pushing through it the outcomes will be great.

05.01.2022 Hi everyone. I apologise for the short notice, Muddy Footprints will be closed for the rest of this week for now if not longer. Sorry for any inconveniences at this time. I am still able to receive messages and emails though please keep in mind I may not reply straight away.

02.01.2022 Pompom Whisk and Pipe Cleaner Colander Miss I and Miss R both did great and really enjoyed exploring their sensory with a pompom whisk and pipe cleaner colander. Both of these sensory activities help improve fine motor skills (using small muscles of the hands and fingers) and also learning colours, sorting colours, sharing and counting. The aim was for the children to ise their fingers and pick out the items from the whisk and colander.

01.01.2022 We loved playing with Sadie and Lulu today. The best times the children love Outdoors and the dogs!
