Sean was rewarded with a hand-delivered slice for his hard work at the guesthouse. This week’s guests might enjoy a little rhubarb & raspberry compote with Greek yoghurt for breakfast, perhaps a slice of warm rhubarb crumble cake for afternoon tea and maybe even a little spiced rhubarb chutney & cheddar at sunset.
