25.01.2022 Mudgee's definitely on a roll! We are so proud to be part of such an amazing community that welcomes visitors to show off this pretty amazing town. We meet so many great people at the markets and events and this guy was no exception! We do remember this funny interaction and can't believe our chit chat is now in print! So peeps if you want a delicious sausage roll apparently ours are the bomb! If you want a cool reisling, some creamy feta, sweet honey or peppery olive oil - Mudgee is the town! He is right, what's not to love?

23.01.2022 I’m doing a bit of spamming today.... we seem to post a lot more on Instagram these days than on here so jump on insta if you want to keep up to date or to see ‘how to’ stories... this cake was more of a ‘how not’. Lara is the cake baker and I’m the floral’s. I made this cake for a friend and I thought I’d give the whole process a crack - pretty much a total disaster until Lara came and rescued it We are now strictly back to our original roles... amazing orchid from Obsession Wax and Wares Oh and I’ll post a little more here for our non-instagrammers

18.01.2022 I’m all finished!!! Last few orders have been delivered and the final tally up of the money is ......$1650. Thats 8 bales of hay and some change to add to the 9th for the 200 Bales project. A huge big thank you to everyone who bought cookies and eclairs, those who donated their change and Sarah Ferris who paid $100 for one box of eclairs!!! What a big day, a huge thanks to everyone for getting behind us and making a difference...

05.01.2022 Throw back to one of our favourite weddings this year Neale and Aimee at Waldara Farm. This was one of those nights we didn’t want to pack up and leave because we just knew it was only going to get better.... Neale and Aimee are both dancers and so are most of their friends. When we were working through the run sheet with them and realised there was dancing scheduled for BEFORE dinner we were fascinated, when it happened we were blown away! She is the one who can draw up the family tree and in her apron pocket is a serviette, if your name is on it she’ll find you! You will go from being the GF Veg to a new friend. We love her as much as Fleetwood Mac after 4 Pinot’s (that’s a lot!) Rhiannon rings like a bell through the night and Wouldn't ...you love to love her? Dotty do-little (couldn’t be further from the truth which is why it’s so funny ) she IS actually family but that’s Mudgee for you.. No excuses ever, make it happen now with no BS! The best company ever under any circumstances- fear of nothing (except gas bottles) Leiza the leveller! The big sister that we never knew we needed till we had her.... the biggest smile in the business with a ‘let’s do this’ attitude - I’m starting to see a pattern forming.... Rachel! Respect! Don’t let that pretty face fool you, she’s been on this earth before. Studying psych and designing Lara’s new kitchen. Yep and can and will work a crowd!
