14.01.2022 It's Daffodil Day, but not as we know it. The wonderful Alison Hughes who usually organises the Mudgee stall outside St George, has taken the fundraising online. She's incredibly dedicated to the cause and works so hard each year on the local stall, so even though we can't have a traditional Daffodil Day today, if you can - please donate to her COVIDsafe virtual stall! https://www.daffodilday.com.au/fundraisers/alisonhughes

13.01.2022 We can't hold a traditional Daffodil day stall this year, but we're so grateful for locals like this who are still supporting Cancer Council. Get some yellowy sunshine in your life this week!

YouTube cooking sensation Nat’s What I Reckon is back again, but this time he’s teamed up with Cancer Council NSW to host a live cook-along fundraiser!

05.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who took part in Australia's Biggest Morning Tea today! Without you, we simply couldn’t be there for the thousands of people who will be diagnosed with cancer this year, and the thousands already living with cancer. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for coming together to show that we are stronger than cancer. Don't forget, you can host it your way throughout May and June.... Register at www.biggestmorningtea.com.au and have a virtual event with your colleagues over Skype or Zoom, bake goodies and deliver to the doorsteps of your friends for a donation or host a drive through cake and cuppa stand like this wonderful school did today. 02.01.2022 Daffodil Day looks different this year. Your safety is always our biggest concern, so in this COVID-19 world, we won't be having our traditional stalls with fresh daffodils and pins. Instead, if you would like to support our appeal, you can donate a virtual daffodil.... https://www.daffodilday.com.au/donate

01.01.2022 Drawing the raffle at Mudgee Robertson Park - Beautiful sunny day - who will be the lucky winners!!

01.01.2022 After careful consideration of the current climate and feedback from our community, we’ve made the decision to cancel Mudgee and District Relay For Life 2021 due to the significant impact COVID-19 is having on our local community. We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding, and we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this decision may cause. We know that Relay For Life is a treasured opportunity to come together to help people affected by can...cer, and we’ll continue to work closely with our Mudgee Relay For Life committee to identify other ways you can show your support. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to follow the current NSW Government Health advice to reduce your risk of contracting COVID-19. If you or someone you know has cancer and are concerned, please call our 13 11 20 Information and Support line to speak to one of our trained health professionals. If you’ve purchased or sold raffle tickets to our Major Raffle, please get in touch so we can organise to collect them for you. The Major raffle will be drawn on Saturday 1st August 2020. If you have any questions or would like more information about the cancellation, please get in touch with Cancer Council on 6392 0800. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you in the future.
