24.01.2022 Mt Lindesay members supporting Bro Mike's "Not Fast Just Furious" Team in the Walk To Defeat Motor Neurone Desease

22.01.2022 To all Officers and members on behalf of the Fraternal Council I would like to extend our best wishes for a safe, happy and healthy festive season. 2020 has thrown plenty of obstacles our way, and it seems that even as the year is winding down it will continue to do so. Our members have shown great resilience in tackling all that a global pandemic has thrown at us and I could not be prouder to be the Grand Master and see how you all continue to overcome any challenge. These l...ast few months have been incredibly tough and we all deal with the situation differently, if you are struggling, feel confident you can reach out and the members will be there to support you. When I sent you all a Christmas greeting last year, I never imagined I would be still be the Grand Master during Christmas 2020. I look forward to working with the Fraternal Council and members in 2021 to ensure our organisation continues to grow and prosper. I will extend the same sentiment to you all that I did last Christmas, take time to relax, enjoy family, eat loads and laugh plenty. In friendship, love and truth Sis Margaret Connell Grand Master See more

17.01.2022 Happy Easter from the Grand Master and our family. So far 2020 has been a challenging year and I know that some people are struggling in an ever-changing national situation. I would like to take the opportunity to wish all members a safe and happy Easter. We may not be able to celebrate such an important time with family and friends but I hope that all members are taking care of themselves and their physical health.... As an organisation we can support each other and keep in touch through modern technology and even though we are not physically able to attend fraternal activities; emotionally, spiritually and mentally we are all in this together. Take time this Easter to relax and take care of yourselves and when we get to the other side of this, we will all be able to appreciate the fun times we all share as members of Manchester Unity Northern Rivers. Margaret Connel Grand Master

16.01.2022 As 2019 comes to a close I would like to take the opportunity to wish all members a safe and merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2020. For all our members traveling during the holiday season please stay safe and to all those affected by droughts, fires or other natural disasters I offer prayers for relief and support in what ever the situations bring to your life. There are times in life where everyone feels that times are tough and for all our members who may be going... through things that we can’t see, please know that we are all here for you. I look forward to working with all members in the new year to continue to grow and evolve into an organisation of which we can be rightfully proud. Take the time this festive season to relax, enjoy family, eat loads and laugh plenty. Yours In friendship, love and Truth Sis. Margaret Connell Grand Master See more

07.01.2022 Hi All, wishing everyone a Safe and Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.

07.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon we held our ANZAC service and Lodge of Remembrance at Kyogle. The GM Sis Ross thanked all those who attended and especially her team of Officers as well as the guest speaker Bro P Kitchin.

06.01.2022 Loyal Mt Lindesay and Loyal Summerland Lodges combined for a BBQ in Kyogle on Monday 18th November to welcome our members from Victoria, Graeme and Betty Hann, who handed over in excess of 80kg of Tea Bag Tags to Bro Bruce Stewart. Bruce has a contact who ensure that wheel chairs are donated in place of these tags. More information will be posted when it is to hand. Sis Gibson was absent for the pic but arrived soon after with a Pavlova, lucky us. It took both Bruce and Graeme to carry the tags to the car.
