21.01.2022 Hi all - short update on the proposed development: Construction was to have started in April - however an appeal/objection has been raised which has resulted in delays. At the moment we are not sure of time-frames but we are doing our best to work through this so we can get back on track - unfortunately very much out of our hands.

20.01.2022 It has been a while since our last update but here’s where we are in a nutshell: We received approval for the development and we have the building permit. We have now cleared some issues with regards to other facilities in the area. We are making some small adjustments to the design to better suit the requirements of the local community. We anticipate commencement in the next 2-3 months, unless we have any more delays.... We expect the centre to be operational between mid and end 2019. With the approval of the final adjustments to the design, we expect to finalize all leases signed, of the entities who have already shown commitment. Please enquire as leases are limited. We apologise in advance for any disruption over the coming months with construction activity, but we will do our best to ensure it is minimized as much as possible. 18.01.2022 Thank you all for the likes and interest in our site. We have been remiss in providing regular updates to keep everyone in the loop of where the proposed development is at (I would love to blame my assistant but at last check I don't have one). We will post a small update next week (and continue with regular updates) to let everyone know what's happening. We are excited about the development and are very keen to bring to life as soon as possible - it's great for the area a...nd definitely will fit in with the existing community. The more feedback we get the more we can customise the centre to the needs of the local community..where ever possible of course. For those interested, there are some outlets still not finalised so if you (or someone you know) are keen to have a business in the complex, get in touch with us. 17.01.2022 The start to another week marks the start of our battle with the objection to the development (called an "appeal" for some reason). We finally received the detailed papers of the objection last Friday and now the lengthy process begins...MC

16.01.2022 Muirhead Central is a very small, local company. This is the only project we are involved with and we are the developer and operator of the Centre - so we are here for the long haul. We are not a developer (a term I use for this activity only, as we are not in the development business) after a quick buck that will move on once the building is constructed. We will operate the Centre and in effect, work at the Centre - this is our livelihood, long term.

15.01.2022 We will soon be committing to the final mix of leases for the centre. 12.01.2022 We are happy to announce that the Muirhead Central development has been approved. We look forward to our local community's support as we hope to cater for their shopping needs, starting with a major supermarket (approx.3,500m2), possibly 6 food outlets at perimeter, hair dresser, nail salon, beautician, lotto / newsagent kiosk, mixed kiosk, fish & tackle, approx 630m2 of gym at the basement, chemist, child care center, medical center, dental etc. We are finalising leases for the center, so please register your interest via email at [email protected] or call us on 0423 970640.

12.01.2022 So that was the current status so to speak....if anyone is interested, more than happy to do a regular update of how we are progressing but also do a bit of a 'history' of the project from early beginnings to now...the saga continues kinda thing.

11.01.2022 And of course, please help us promote the centre as we are a small local company that will rely on word of mouth. Besides looking at using local companies to carry out the development, we are looking for locals who are good operators to take up the leases of the centre outlets.

04.01.2022 To any interested parties (or please pass on to anyone you know that may be interested): As we are nearing commencement of the development, we are also trying to finalise leases for all the available outlets - we have a small number still to be completed and for now, we have a medical practitioner that would like to partner with one or two other doctors to complete the medical practice as well as the dental clinic - a physio could also be considered.
