24.01.2022 Today the Wheatbelt town of Mukinbudin swelled in size as hundreds of people came to commemorate and celebrate the life of 19-year-old Sonny King who sadly pass...ed away last week. In 2019 Sonny was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and the Wheatbelt community rallied around Sonny and his family with support. Today the Mukinbudin Rams football team gave Sonny a lap and guard of honour as they said farewell to one of their bright young players. Sonny will remain in many hearts. A life taken too young.
