22.01.2022 This year we grew watermelon for the first time - here's one of our team Rosemary enjoying our Easter treat!!

19.01.2022 For anyone enquiring - our B&B cottages are full for the Easter weekend.

18.01.2022 Later today on our road side stand - We have lovely organic JAP pumpkins - the last for the year - clearing out later today. From $1-$3. Next week we have the start of the bok choy and other winter veggies :)

17.01.2022 So the garlic is cured and we've got bunches and individual garlic bulbs available in the road side stand. At the moment, it's beautiful organically grown purple garlic from local seed stock. Other varieties will be available as they're ready.... It never lasts long so get in quick!

12.01.2022 Autumn is pumpkin season - how about the sweet deliciousness of Jap pumpkins. This whole pumpkin ($5) is onto the oven to roast to become soup for dinner and part of a vegetable lasagne. Pumpkins available now at our roadside stand

11.01.2022 Pumpkins! Yes the first of the butternut pumpkins have hit the shelf in our road side stand! Just $3 for lovely whole pumpkin! Zucchini, capsicum, lemons, garlic and tomatoes still available too. Drop by today for lovely organically grown food to fuel your weekend!

10.01.2022 Apologies to our vegie customers - we have a lull in production inbetween crops. For this reason, our road side stand is not on the road for the next couple of weeks. But stay tuned as we have lots of delicious, organically grown pumpkins, sweet potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts and citrus coming up over the winter months! Stay tuned :)

09.01.2022 Just restocked our stand after a busy morning - potatoes, a couple more butternuts, more delicious tomatoes

08.01.2022 It's back - the roadside stand has new goodies.... This week we have Butternut Pumpkins, fresh lemons and FEIJOAS!! Loads of feijoas. Feijoas are also known as pinapple quava and have a distinctive and delicious sweetness. We have some in bags for making Jam or chutney and some juicy fat ones for 50c each (or 5 for $2 - in the shops - $1.50 each) for the table or desserts. I served Mulled Feijoas on Saturday night as a dinner party opener - sensational! Autumn rocks..... :D

05.01.2022 Wow - edible cutlery. When you think about it, it's so necessary and such a great idea - how did we not think of it earlier?!

05.01.2022 Our farm is for sale - check it out and share to anyone who may be interested... https://www.realestate.com.au/property-acreage+semi+rural-v

03.01.2022 On our Road Side Stand this week: The last of the ZUCCHINIs and delicious lebonese CUCUMBERS are just coming through this week so get in while they last. We now have both Jap (whole for $6) and Butternut PUMPKINS ($1.50-$3.00). Most of the grapes are sold out - maybe a couple of bags later in the week. This week we've had the second crop of PEARS - smaller than the first but perfect flan and snack size. The CAPSICUMS have really hit their strides and that rain last week has... provided us with a delicious juicy little crop. This will only be around for another week as well. Still lots of the most amazing TOMATOES on sale. At less than $2 a kilo, they are half the price of commercial grown ones in the supermarket with no taste and little nutrition. Some Garlic is also out including our limited rare and delicious Giant Shipwreck variety. Get in quick!! See more

01.01.2022 Not only do we have Feijoas at the moment, but also beautiful cumquats - ready for cumquat Brandy or some marmalade - or more! $8 p/kg - available in 500gm packs for $4 each at the farm gate

01.01.2022 With the hot weather this week, we unfortunately wont be operating our roadside stand - we don't like picking fresh in the morning to have things getting too hot and become half dead by lunchtime. Lots of cooking for us! :)
