The ideal candidate will: Be experienced working in a fast-...paced environment, work well under pressure and maintain standards during busy periods. Have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role or perhaps as a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or kitchen hand/cook looking to upskill. You will work as a part of a team but with the ability to work unsupervised when necessary. All applicants must be available to work a flexible roster which includes nights and weekends.
