25.01.2022 Please note that our minimum catering requirements are 50 guests or more which is difficult during covid. However we will only be offering a drop of service for the moment.(min50) As we head towards the next couple of months hopefully we can make some changes.

25.01.2022 Fresh is best. All made in-house. Beautiful butts of beef and legs of pork. We only use the best meat. Our meat has come from the same wholesaler for over 20 years now.... Slowly cooked over an 8 hour period. Beautiful juicy result. See more

22.01.2022 Tonight we had the pleasure of catering for a lovely couples wedding in the lower Blue Mountains. We had a fantastic night and we wish the happy couple all the best ( I loved the table decorations with the vases with the fruit and the roses it was very unique)

12.01.2022 We are now taking bookings for functions from mid July as we are able to operate again. We dont advertise under 50 guests for catering but feel free to make an enquire if we are able to we maybe able to help out. (That is for drop of only service.) Prices will vary for smaller functions
11.01.2022 Anyone wanting to make a booking. Please do NOT try to do it through Facebook. We do not run our business through Facebook it is purely for event pictures and for you to see what we make,different events we do etc. Yes I can answer your questions but we dont spend our life on Facebook to confirm bookings ,questions etc. If you have made enquires On fb about a booking and havent heard back.... Please pick up the phone and call 47738910 not wait a month then say I wanted to book when we are fully booked, Or head to the website and fill in the form. www.mulgoaspitroast.com A deposit and a booking form on our website needs to be completed along with communication that we have received all relevant paperwork and deposit to confirm your booking. As good as Facebook is we do not run our bookings through our fb page. Anyone wanting to book for December at this stage the availability is limited so you need to book early . Most people would appreciate the fact that the last quarter of the year is the busiest for most caterers. I am always attached to the phone so no excuse not to call and check. If your call is not answered it usually means Im taking other call and will ring you back.Nothing has changed in 30 years. We have conducted our business this way long before Facebook and will continue to be able to chat to potential clients to see what they require. 10.01.2022 Had the pleasure of cooking this suckling pig for a lovely customer on the weekend. She put on an event for a group of very happy people who were so happy when this full 17 kilo suckling pig appeared on the buffet table. Being apart of their tradition of a great feast it presented smiles all round.

08.01.2022 As caterers we get to go to some amazing places. Sometimes we dont know what its like until we arrived . This place was absolutely awesome. A beautiful horse complex at Mount Hunter called K Ranch. Wine barrels ,absolutely beautiful horse arena.The area set out for the wedding reception was just amazing. The staff there were just lovely.... Amazing venue for a wedding. See more

07.01.2022 Taking Christmas bookings now. December always fills up quickly. Having previous customers already locked into their permanent dates only leaves a certain amount of availability for December. If your looking for a date,dont leave it to late to book.
