25.01.2022 Looking to extend your stay before or after our next market? Adjacent to our market ground we have camping spots available. We have hot showers, powered and unpowered sites and views that go on forever. Our Mulgowie village may be small but there is so much to see and do! The drive from Mulgowie to Townsen brings Mt Castle closer and closer with truely spectacular views of the mountains either side of our valley. You never know what veggie you will see growing, the opportunities for the perfect instagram photo are endless

24.01.2022 The Mulgowie Markets have been very fortunate and have been successful with a grant from the Lockyer Valley Regional Council to puchase a portable PA system for use during our markets. The PA System will also be available for people who hire the hall. We are very grateful of the support from LVRC and look forward to testing the system at our next market

23.01.2022 Today is National Agriculture Day . The day is designed to connect people from around Australia to recognise the enormous contributions farmers and rural communities make. Over 319,000 people are employed in the Agriculture Industry and here in the Lockyer Valley we are blessed with some of the most fertile soil in Australia allowing us to produce an abundance of veggies, fruits and other crops.

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, the market committee has decided tonight to postpone restarting the Mulgowie Markets until the 4th July. The current social distancing guidelines would be a challenge for us to manage and we would need to limit the amount of Stallholders across the grounds. We look forward to seeing everyone in July.

19.01.2022 Our markets are on this coming Saturday, we have a wide range of stall holders booked in setting up around the grounds as well as in the hall. 17.01.2022 So this quietly happened over the last couple of days, 3,000 page likes!! We can't thank each and every one of you that like and follow our page enough. Without all of you supporting us by attending our markets, sharing our post's with family and friends or just giving a like on a post every now and then we wouldn't have the market that we have. The last few years have been tough for our valley, droughts, floods and bush fires have all impacted our local residents. We hope... the markets give everyone something to look forward to each month. Its wonderful to see visitors from outside our region every month supporting us - we couldn't do it without you. From the bottom of our hearts a huge thank you to all of you - you are amazing!

16.01.2022 Meet Abby, one of our youngest Stallholders at our markets. Abby makes lots of goodies to help raise funds to travel overseas to compete in dance competitions (when we are allowed to travel again). Our next market is on this coming Saturday, 1st August from 8-11am

Lots of Stallholders have booked in already with a huge range of items for sale - plants, veggies, fruit, crafts, cakes, cheese just to name a few. The Mulgowie Pub is open again so come browse the markets and enjoy a cold beverage and lunch at the pub afterwards.

09.01.2022 Wow, what a market this morning! The weather was outstanding, lots of Stallholders, the Mulgowie Cricket Club were playing, nearly full camp ground, antique car display, film crew and heaps of visitors. Boyd Ridley did a great job keeping everyone entertained with live music under the tree and our canteen volunteers were kept busy all morning. Thank you all so much for coming along and making our market extra special today.

As well as lots of fruit and veggies we have a range of stalls selling handmade items - from lavender hand cream, earrings, kids toys & clothes, clutches & bags, lead lighting, wooden toys, soap, greeting cards - we have something for everyone. Made with bread rolls from our local bakery and salad from local farms they cant be beat. All money raised in the canteen goes towards up keep and upgrades to the hall and market grounds

We will be asking everyone to sign in and out of the market, we will have some QR codes that can be scanned with a smartphone to sign in, and out when you leave and pen and paper for those that need this option. The QR codes will be displayed at the entrance and exit of the market. We will also have some tempor...ary fencing up to to help clearly show the entry and exit.
