I'm struggling to keep going, all I want is ice cream and cake and chocolate and wine, but I'm determined to try and see this through... - Video from week 3, the one with Brett x 2 - some interval training, go for 10 minute jog, but every few minutes sprint for 30 seconds x 2... - 5 alcohol free days this week - 5 sugar free days this week (I need this, again!) - clear out some of your clothes and take it to the charity shop See more
