07.01.2022 SOLAR GRANTS. The Morrison Government is investing $50 million in grants to support businesses and community groups to improve energy efficiency, install solar ...and save money. Grants of up to $25,000 are available for business to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their power bills by either installing new equipment or by reviewing and improving their energy management. Grants of up to $12,500 are available for local community groups to help them save energy and money by installing solar panels, solar hot water, or batteries. We’re taking strong steps to ensure they get the practical support that they need to reduce their energy use without reducing their productivity. Expressions of Interest are now being sought from local businesses and community groups in Durack.
