25.01.2022 Dear Parents / Carers The following information has been received from the NSW Department of Education (DoE): Here is the link to the public advice for NSW residents. https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/news/Pages/20210329_...... There are three key messages: 1. If a person has returned from Greater Brisbane, which includes Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Ipswich and Redland Local Government Areas since 20 March 2021 must comply with the Stay at Home Order consistent with those living in those areas in QLD until 5pm Thursday, 1 April 2021. This means they cannot attend work or come to school for this period. 2.If a person has been to any of the close contact locations listed in the table on the dates and during the times listed must self isolate for a period of 14 days from the time they attended the location. This means they will not be able to attend work or school for the full 14 day period. 3.If anyone has been to one of the casual contact locations at on the dates and during the times listed in the table they must get a COVID test and self isolate until they received a negative result. That means they cannot attend work or school until they have received confirmation of their negative result. Then they can return to their normal living arrangements. Updated venues at Byron Bay https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/covid-19/... All staff and families should be monitoring the NSW Health website for updated information over the coming days. Thank you. David Lees - Principal

24.01.2022 Tomorrow is one of the most important days on the Australian calendar. Whilst we won’t be able to march or attend the Mullumbimby Service, we encourage everyone to mark their respect for our servicemen and servicewomen at home. There are a number of activities contained in the link below about how you can be involved, but most importantly take time to remember those who made sacrifices for us so we can live in the country that we do today. ... We will remember them. Lest We Forget. www.rslnsw.org.au/anzac-spirit
