14.01.2022 Happy new year everyone! I haven't been posting much recently, but a few exciting new things are in the works that will make everything understandable. Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for some exciting fitness opportunities to kick off 2015.

13.01.2022 It's happened to all of us. The dreaded 'DOMS' (delayed onset muscle soreness). The second day stiffness should be embraced as it means we've pushed ourselves beyond our usual limits. As cliche as it sounds, 'pain is gain'. Referring to this phenomenon as 'DOMS' makes it easier to accept than the scientific explanation of 'Small microscopic tears that occur in the muscle'. We should be fully embracing and accepting of these small microscopic tears! Whilst it may be satisfying... to know you've broken through a new exercise barrier, it can still make for a rough day after. Just like the typical hangover, there are tips in place to prevent it seriously ruining our normal way of life for the following 24-48 hours. 08.01.2022 It's been absolutely awesome getting to know the inaugural Multi-Attack Fitness clients this past week. Being fitter doesn't just improve your quality of life, it's a wonderful way to put yourself out there, meet like-minded people and generally better who you are on the inside (just as much as the outside). Here's to hoping our little network can grow and grow so more people have the opportunity to embrace that positivity .
