06.01.2022 WHAT ABOUT OUR CHURCHES AND OTHER WORSHIP PLACES??? ANXIETY IS RAGING AS A RESULT OF ISOLATION AND MOST OF THOSE AFFECTED NEED THEIR PLACE OF WORSHIP, irrespect...ive of which religion or denomination, TO UNLOAD THEIR HEAVY LOAD OR BURDEN AND SEEK PEACE AND HEALING WHERE IS THE LOGIC? DECISION MAKERS NEED TO BE CONSISTENT... FOLLOWING IS THE LATEST UPDATE OF GOVERNMENT DECISIONS ANNOUNCED IN RELATION TO EASING UP THE RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY THE CORONA VIRUS (covid 19) WHICH HAS ALMOST CRIPPLED AUSTRALIA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD: Students returning to their schools in in NSW Reopening of beauty salons with 10 customers at a time provided a four-square metre rule is observed Up to 50 people as of 1 June will be allowed in restaurants, bars, clubs (but gambling is now forbidden) and cafes, while exercising the four square metre rule. Reservations of no more than 10 people must be booked in advance New South Wales residents will be able to take a vacation anywhere in New South Wales New South Wales museums, galleries and libraries will be allowed to reopen, subject to a four square metre rule IT'S OK TO OPEN SCHOOLS WITH 1000 STUDENTS AND TEACHERS... IT'S OK TO OPEN CLUBS AND RESTAURANTS TO ACCOMMODATE 50 CUSTOMERS... IT'S ALL FOR A BETTERMENT OF THE ECONOMY AND FOR FINANCIAL BENEFITS... BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CHURCHES WHICH UNDOUBTEDLY OFFER SPIRITUAL HEALING TO ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION SUFFERERS, LET ALONE ALL BELIEVERS, THEN IT'S NOT OKAY....!!!...???? On behalf of all the people we represent, the AMCN kindly request the relevant authorities that we duly appreciate and respect, to consider our plea, while enforcing the safety rules, and reopen our churches where we all find peace and serenity..and the spiritual healing that we all need during this abhorrent pandemic... GOD BLESS AUSTRALIA! GOD BLESS US ALL! AMEN.
