This powerful video shares the moving and inspiring stories from our staff who have created our LGBTIQ+ Working Group to support clients, communities and colleagues on issues affecting people who identify as LGBTIQ+ and for people who are deeply allied to equality, justice and celebrating our diversity. Wear It Purple Day was established a decade ago after several rainbow youn...g people took their own lives following bullying and harassment resulting from the lack of acceptance of their sexuality or gender identity. Wear It Purple Day is celebrated every year on August 28th to raise awareness and build a movement of inclusion. #WeAreTheChange #WearItPurple
