20.01.2022 Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) is designed to improve overall wellbeing and slow the functional decline of older people who are at risk of losing their independence - and want to stay living in their own homes. Funded by the Department of Health, STRC packages run for a fixed period of time (usually 8 weeks) and are targeted towards achieving clearly specified goals.
