17.01.2022 It was another very wonderful day for mom’s. It was a pleasure to see all mom’s having hours of relaxation without worrying. We has the joy of doing yoga, chatting with lovely friends and the food that was simple but felt so special. See you all next week, hope you all enjoy the rest of the week. .

10.01.2022 Thank you to Maya for making Authentic Thai papaya salad with seafoods this week. They were delicious, we couldn't stop eating even though spicy. What a nice favour and all another yummy foods as well that we were sharing. Aslo hope all of you were burning a little bit of calories while doing yoga today. 06.01.2022 Hi everyone, tomorrow, it's our pleasure to meet Nicola Turner, Nicola is a New and Emerging Communities Liaison Officer from Southern Metro Region Victoria Police, She will discuss how Victoria Police could assist women in times of relationship breakdown and family violence and gain insight to available services, agencies, and referrals for our communities. She will be at our group at 11.30 am and hope to see you all and also we are very welcome new members to come and join us tomorrow from 11.30 am to 13.30pm every Tuesday at Springvale Rise primary school.
