Mums who have had a multiple birth are more prone to abdominal separation, which leads to ongoing medical issues and reduced quality of life. Please sign the petition to show your support before it closes on 23rd September. https://www.aph.gov.au/petition_list?id=EN1751

02.01.2022 Got a feeling that someone you know or care about it isn’t behaving as they normally would? Perhaps they seem out of sorts? More agitated or withdrawn? Or they’...re just not themselves. Trust that gut instinct and act on it. Amongst plenty of positive experiences and the joys of raising multiples, the multiple birth community also face challenging realities such as poorer physical and developmental health outcomes for mothers and babies. When considering the family unit, health is not just the absence of disease, but encompasses a holistic view of physical, mental and social well-being. As we head into R U OK day tomorrow on Thurs 10 September, learn more about the signs and when it's time to ask R U OK?
