18.01.2022 Your Home Depot Review. I start my new job in less than a week and it's time to buy my chef knives and equipment. So I headed off to YHD in Castle Hill with a list in hand. As I walked in I was greeted with "Hello, how are you? Can I help you" to which I reply "Good thanks, just having a look", Great start. ... After browsing for around 20mins I notice that the store is well stocked and has a warehouse feel to it which I like. I found the knives and ask to have a look as they are locked up. I fell in love with Global Sai chef 19cm knife, I also grab a couple of other things. The service was great and after doing some research the prices are good also. They have an online shop and regularly have specials and deals. So here's a link to their page. Your Home Depot

08.01.2022 Carbonara 200g Pancetta 100g Pecorino 4 Large Eggs... 2 Cloves Garlic Egg Fettuccine Bunch of Flat Leaf Parsley Pepper 1) Boil salted water in a large pot, dice pancetta, whisk eggs, crush garlic and chop parsley. 2) Add the pancetta to a cold pan and turn on to a med-high heat and add fettuccine to the water. 3) Once the pancetta is golden brown add garlic and remove from the heat. 4) Once the pasta is almost cooked (1min less then stated on the packet) add pasta, 1/2 cup of the pasta water, pecorino, egg and mix in the pan. 5) Add the parsley, a lot of pepper then stir and serve with extra pecorino and as all ways enjoy.
