17.01.2022 In 2018 Mum for Mum received the NSW Play Your Part Award by NAPCAN for our role in creating strong and resilient communities: ensuring isolated mothers and babies receive nurturing and guidance to access supports as early as possible. This is a recording of NAPCAN’s recent webinar Putting a Stop to Domestic and Family Violence before it starts.

16.01.2022 Wonderful to have 100 attending our panel on Domestic Violence on Sun evening. Delia Donovan, CEO of DV NSW, Prof Catharine Lumby and psychologist Gary Suntup all brought different angles to the discussion with a lot of great questions from the Mum for Mum community. Good to see so many men in the audience. Thanks to Vic Alhadeff for moderating.

01.01.2022 A common question we often hear involving domestic violence is, 'why didn't she leave?'

14.11.2021 Mothers around the world

08.11.2021 The excitement was tangible at our first face to face mothers group at centennial park on Wednesday. With mothers hailing from 10 different countries and volunteers catering - it was a morning that energised us all. Nadene who runs the program started the group by saying: as mothers we have more that unites than divides us and there is no one right way to parent.
