There are days were my initial motivation it’s low and then on top of that the kids make it even harder to stay focus. ... If this happens to you as well, just know that you are not alone, it happens a lot in my life too! In the past I really criticised me for not getting it done. Today I have taken a more kind approach towards my self. For me it really works, because when I’m nicer to myself, it helps me to press the restart button and start again next day without feeling bad. *It my goal to motivate mums out there to exercise and have a more active life, yet I think its equally important to show the obstacles too. * I literally exercised for 5 min that day.
