This little sensory pod swing is on the way for Master Graysons bedroom I can't wait to see him be able to relax inside while having the swing fill his sensory needs his little body rarely relaxes unless he is swinging, jumping, rocking or on a tractor as he is constantly seeking that vestibular input!! ... 23.01.2022 A little room makeover in hopes to help master Grayson maintain & regulate his emotions & hyper activity while inside He loves it's it gives him somewhere to be in his own space while fullfilling his sensory needs We kept the toys simple & non stimulating, matchie cars, blocks, basic wooden toys, books... Some times its so bloody overwhelming to consistently have eyes on your child, adjusting how he does things, always a therapy strategy behind the session of play, or new plans implemented if the desired outcome isnt reached. I need to take a deep breath and remind myself that Master Grayson is his own little human, he does things his way or the highway and thats perfectly ok... Even with all the strategies, therapy & plans in his life he is still a innocent tot that sees everything in complete wonder and full motion It's beautiful really how blessed I am

21.01.2022 I will miss this one day I whisper to myself Baby boy that smile & them eyes sparkle with mischief my love for you is overflowing Your energy & spark is EPIC you do nothing in halves & only have one gear which is full speed ... Today I have already bathed u, dressed u twice , scrubbed feacies off my couch, washed the blanket and pillow slip u also took the liberty of smearing ur feacal matter on oh & also the trike needed cleaning my lounge room has a lingering odor that is not particularly pleasant Taken the butchers knife off you twice because our darling has discovered pushing chairs and climbing far out let me tell you NOTHING IS SACRED oh & I'm gonna try scrub the pen scribble off 3 outta 4 of my kitchen chairs this one happened on dads watch For those who may be wondering yes I do watch my child these things happen while I attemp to make our house somewhat less of a war zone by cleaningputting in a load of washing, (i have a twin tub better water consumption on rain water but takes extra time) take a phone call or God forbid I use the bathroom basically he is a little human hurricane who sees I am occupied elsewhere & BAM what will get mums attention the quickest As I sit writing this post I have the littlest human on my lap pulling his own hair saying owwwwyy then attempting to bite my hand as this is his latest trick not sure which one is better this or pulling my shirt up in public to blow raspberries on my tummy flub Mumlife is hard, it's trying, its rewarding, its emotionally taxing, its physically demanding, its painful, it's scary, its pure love, its worrying, its downright exhausting at times, its completly MELTING when they smile at you even though they have got on your VERY last nerve & it's not even 10 am #mumlife #hurricainegrayson #Epic #toddler #mischief #mummaonajourney #fullspeed #destructionmode #iwillmissthisoneday #wellness #defyingodds #fulloflife
