22.01.2022 Pec Stretch This stretch is a great way to open and release tight chest muscles. As a new mum, your chest muscles are often in a shortened position, particularly when feeding, cuddling and settling your baby. Use a bolster or foam roller if you have one as this will give you the best stretch, otherwise stack several pillows on top of one another. Enjoy!!

16.01.2022 Tight back and shoulders? Try ... Child’s Pose This is one of my favourite stretches to give new and expecting mums, it releases tension throughout the length of the whole back. Take your knees wide and send your hips back towards your heels as you reach your fingertips to the front of your mat. Take 5 deep breaths here and with each exhale melt your chest towards the ground. For a deeper stretch position both hands to the right corner of the mat and hold for five bre...aths.
