22.01.2022 Pec Stretch This stretch is a great way to open and release tight chest muscles. As a new mum, your chest muscles are often in a shortened position, particularly when feeding, cuddling and settling your baby. Use a bolster or foam roller if you have one as this will give you the best stretch, otherwise stack several pillows on top of one another. Enjoy!!

Take your knees wide and send your hips back towards your heels as you reach your fingertips to the front of your mat.
