It is definitely tasty with little bits of chicken breast fillet and is my go to snack during the day To assist with the amount of orders coming through and to avoid myself burning out, I have hired my hubby to deliver meals this week (no pay though). 18.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT After a lot of consideration, I have decided to have some time out from Mumma Shim's and take a much needed break. Mumma Shim's is not even 2 years old and the growth has been incredible. So incredible that our sales have more than doubled and the amount of orders coming through is growing each week. Some weeks alone, I am selling over a 100 meals! . ... Whilst this has been amazing and such a huge achievement for my small business; I run the business myself whilst working full time and taking care of my family. During my break, I would like to take the opportunity to re-assess and reconstruct my business plan to suit the sudden growth of Mumma Shim's without myself burning out. I would like to THANK YOU all so so much for all your support. I will keep the website open for orders until this week Friday with final orders delivered next week. This would be a great time to stock up your freezers for those busy days
