17.01.2022 I’m back in my happy place! Even tho I’m not lifting where I was pre surgery, I am definitely feeling so strong (I’ve surprised myself actually!!) I love the environment that @hiit_kawana provides and that we’re all there to support each other!!

11.01.2022 So I have locked in my final stage of my surgeries!!! I will be having a Bilateral Brachioplasties (arm reduction) and a Breast lift. To say I am excited is an understatement!! This is the last piece to my weight loss puzzle!!! Some people won’t understand why I’m going back for more but I trust my surgeon 100% and more so I trust myself and where I see myself in this long journey I have been on for the last 4 and a bit years. I have never taken my decisions to go through with surgery lightly since I started the process but I know what I need to do to finish what I started
