Try these pilates balance exercises: Single leg balance: standing, lift one leg and bend at knee (90 degrees) and extend the leg out the front, back to floor 'T' position: same starting position as above, bend one knee up and extend it out the back into 'T' position (hip must face the floor while in this position. Back to start... X5 each leg 3 sets Tips: draw your pelvic floor up and switch your tummy on this will help you balance. :-) Katie
