25.01.2022 FANCY SOME DESSERT! From working with many ladies, I am well aware that after dinner is a very sacred time where you really love to enjoy some dessert uninterrupted #mumlife There is NO reason why you can’t have some dessert! In fact, I highly recommend you do because the more you enjoy the way you eat, the higher the chance you have of compliance and consistency.... Here some of my fav deserts that I enjoy after dinner: @fitlato are the absolute bomb! If you haven’t tried yet I would highly recommend. I have loved every flavor I have tried so far. Strawberries are such a great high volume food to consume. Crumpets are like fluffy pillows and then when you put some choc on top it’s a match made in heaven. Oreos and paddle pops... well this is a sweet tooth’s dream. @chobaniau fit flips- for a protein filled snack these are THE BEST! I literally have one everyday. Next time you think you can’t enjoy dessert, know that you can EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK @ Melbourne, Victoria, Australia



23.01.2022 IMAGINE We are not meant to restrict, deprive, always be hungry and diet your entire life. Food is not meant to rule you and take over your life.... Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do. Food is to be enjoyed! We are social beings and your social health matters. Focus on your habits!!! Change your overall approach to fitness, food, nutrition, your body and your wellness matters!! What I will say is, if you have learnt it, you can unlearn it too.

21.01.2022 WORD OF THE YEAR! If I asked you ‘how do you want to show up in the new year and how do you want to feel?’ WHAT WOULD YOU SAY? What word would you want to anchor you through 2021?... I started doing WORDS OF THE YEAR in 2018 and I honestly love it as that word becomes a self mantra I say to myself every single day. This year my word was believe- why? Because I had huge self doubt with my own ability and confidence and it was something that I really wanted to focus on and work on in 2020. Every time that self doubt would creep in, I would remind myself to believe in myself and that I could do anything I set my mind to. What do you want your word of the year to be? 20.01.2022 OVEREAT THIS WEEKEND... WHO CARES!!! We all do it... We all overeat at times...... We all go out with family and friends... it’s called a social life We all celebrate special occasions (like getting out of lockdown)... It’s called life, and life is to be enjoyed! It’s definitely not a screw up, it’s not a set back, it’s not a failure, it’s YOU LIVING! Instead of beating yourself up for going over your calories, or overindulging a little, how about try this... Look back on what a fun time you had! Just jump back on track! No one was made to be perfect, and we need to be getting rid of that word perfection from our vocabulary. If your friend was extremely upset about what she ate, would you you tell her she screwed up and she should eat nothing the next day? Of course you wouldn’t!!! So please don’t do that to yourself either! This is your friendly reminder that if you overindulged this weekend... SO WHAT! One meal isn’t going to impact anything, so please don’t give any more weight to it in your mind. Drop it, drop the negative self talk, drop the internal hatred and come from a place of gratitude always! Xx



20.01.2022 20 MINUTES CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE A 20 minute workout can be the thing that shifts your mindset from anxious to confident. A 20 minute walk can be the difference between a cluttered mind and a clear mind.... A 20 minute nap could be the thing that recharges you for further productivity for the day. 20 minutes of food prep can be the difference between eating a balanced meal or opting for takeaway. 20 minutes of planning can save you hours of feeling scattered and frustrated 20 minutes of uninterrupted time with a loved one can be the difference between feeling detached or feeling connected. Just 20 minutes can be the difference between staying where you are or progressing forward. You have the time, we all have the time... what matters is how you use it.

19.01.2022 I read this quote today from the amazing @danaemercer Wishing to be someone else is a waste of the wonderful woman you are! So many of us wish we could look like her, wish we had her abs, wish we had her money, wish we had her hair, wish we had her house etc. ... Be proud of the person you are! Please don’t start up a training regime to look like someone else as you will never look the same! Train to be THE BEST VERSION OF YOU. The sooner we embrace who we are to the core, the sooner we will start to feel more fulfilled and happier being OURSELEVS! Go into tomorrow recognizing that you don’t need anything that anyone else has, what you do need is the ability to know your worth and know ALL THE MAGIC IS WITHIN YOU!

16.01.2022 BAKED APPLE PIE If you’re a fan of apple pie you really need to make this. Ingredients 1 apple cored and sliced in half... 1 tsp nuttelex melted Cinnamon 1 tsp plain flour 10 almonds chopped 1 tsp nuttelex softened 1 tsp almond meal Queens maple syrup @fitlato ice cream- this is the choc gelato one. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Place cut side down halves of apple on baking paper and cut slits across the apple (not all the way through). 3. Brush the apple halves (skin side) with the melted nuttelex. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven for approx 15 mins. Until apple becomes tender. 4. Combined softened nuttelex, flour, almonds, almond meal and queens maple syrup. Sprinkle on top of the baked apple and then bake in the oven again for approx 10 mins. Until the top is golden. 5. Serve with ice cream. @fitlato tastes amazing and is low in cals. Once you have it you’ll never look back.



16.01.2022 WHO IS STACEY? So many people are reintroducing themselves so here goes a few facts about me... 1. I’ve never had coffee, Vegemite, Dimsims, olives, pavlova (there is probably a whole heap more) in my life. ... 2. I’ve skydived, parasailed, done white water rafting, and the worlds biggest swing in NZ 3. I hate the sight of blood- will pass out 4. I could eat the same food every single day for the rest of my life 5. I can still do the splits 6. My grade 5 teacher taught me how to ride a bike 7. I can’t swim 8. My first job was at McDonalds 9. I used to be a secondary teacher and I LOVED IT 10. When I was 9 weeks pregnant with Presley, we were told we had a miscarriage. 11. I also used to look after Maximum Security prisoners 12. Best holiday destination- Mexico 13. Pet hates- wet towels on the bed, draws left open, slow Walkers and loud chewers 14. I was addicted to chewing gum before I had Hendrix and now the smell of it makes me sick 15. Aaron is 4&1/2 years younger than me. I would love to hear something about you

15.01.2022 NO SUGAR 4 INGREDIENT ICECREAM The most easiest recipe ever with NO SUGAR IN THERE (aside from the natural sugar found in the banana.) INGREDIENTS... Two frozen bananas 3 Tbsp almond milk- you can use any milk you like 1 Tbsp nut butter of your choice 2 Tbsp cacao spread Add all ingredients to a processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add in some extra water if too thick to process up. Place in moulds of your choice and freeze overnight. I thought I would use my Easter moulds to get the kids hyped up about the Easter bunny (a little too early right )

14.01.2022 10KG LOSS SO FAR FOR ONE OF MY AMAZING MRT LADIES This is the message I got sent the other day and why I love so much what I do. I love this program and I love your outlook on everything. I truly feel so much stronger and I’m able to move around so much easier. Yesterday I climbed up the play equipment at a park and swung on the swings. It’s all the little things.... 12.01.2022 ABOUT LAST NIGHT! Thank you @tsidclothing_ @sammi_tupper @thesubtlemummy for having me last night. You hosted an amazing night and I know this collection is going to fly out the door. So feminine and so flattering! It was so nice to get dressed up. I actually don’t even know the last time I put on heels, to the point my heels had COBWEB on them #covidlife

11.01.2022 DID SOMEONE SAY FRIDAY NIGHT TAKE AWAY!!!! One thing we have total control over is what we decide to fuel our bodies with. Fast food take away might be convenient and cheap, however, the quality of the food will be compromised.... You know when you purchase burgers like @grilldburgers that their ingredients are unprocessed. You’ll be still getting a good amount of fibre from that burger which will aid in keeping you so much fuller and be packed with vitamins FOR LESS CALS. I love being able to eat more food for less cals and this is a pure example of a good food swap which results in saving over 550 cals.

08.01.2022 Let’s appreciate this amazing lady @willowandwaverley and how much she has progressed. Transformations like these always make me so overly proud, proud because it just goes to show what dedication and consistency really does do. During this program Alyssa had holidays, had weddings, birthday celebrations and of course Covid. She learnt the tools she needed to be able to make changes to her life that now allows her to understand how to navigate lifes joys and celebrations aro...und nutrition and teaching her goals... at the end of the day... we are social beings and you should be able to go out and enjoy yourself without feeling guilty. In the words of Alyssa... I HAVE GAINED CONFIDENCE, LOVE FOR MYSELF, AN APPRECIATION FOR WHAT MY BODY CAN DO, KNOWLEDGE OF FOODS AND FRIENDSHIPS WITH OTHERS ON THE SAME JOURNEY AS ME. FOOD IS NO LONGER SOMETHING I FEEL GUILTY ABOUT OR OBSESS OVER So much love for this girl and all she has achieved. I’m taking on a few more girls for 1st of Feb if you are keen send me a DM for those last couple of spots.

07.01.2022 Let’s stop with the perfectionism No one is perfect No one gets it right 100% of the time... As much as you may think certain people you look up to never have bad moments... please know everyone does. The difference however, is how they respond to those bad moments. Never dwell, as dwelling will never get you to where you want to be, instead focus on your next move and what you can do to improve. I want you to switch your mindset and instead of trying to be 100 perfect with your health and fitness this year, how about you focus on 1. Getting rid of the all or nothing approach- instead- focus on SMALL BABY STEPS. It’s those small steps, small changes that will result in greater wins. 2. Adapt when obstacles pop up. Life happens, life gets in the way, things will always pop up and detail you. The best thing you can do is learn to be flexible and not beat yourself up when things don’t go to plan. Instead, focus on things you can control and roll with that. 3. Enjoy the process because if you don’t, you won’t be able to adhere to your plan to get to your desired goal. Tomorrow is Monday! Wake up EXCITED with all the opportunities you have in front of you.

07.01.2022 WHAT A TEAM Yesterday I hosted a training event where these group of amazing women brought their A Game! I had the absolute liberty of meeting these ladies who I have been coaching online over the last few months. I got to cuddle every one of them! Enjoy their presence and have the absolute pleasure of coaching them through a HIIT CLASS. It’s days like these where you so appreciate the importance of physical connection.... I was on the biggest high yesterday and I CANNOT WAIT to be able to do it all over again. Who is keen for a Feb 28th session?

04.01.2022 Now I know your feed is going to be full of lots of Christmas advice... What I am going to say is this... when you take the WHOLE year into account, the two week period of indulging in very yummy food for the celebrations of Christmas and New Year really seems quite insignificant when you compare it to the rest of the year. Xmas and New Years only makes up a small portion of the year. Don’t get so consumed in what you eat for a small snippet of the year, when what you really... should be focusing on is what you do for the remaining of the year. During this period, I really wouldn’t be stressing over your goals... you have the remaining 50 weeks to do so. Enjoy this time. Don’t stress about it. It’s what you do CONSISTENTLY ON THE REGULAR where the magic really happens.

03.01.2022 What would you choose? I always say to my ladies how much bang for buck are you getting for the foods you are choosing? Many people choose convenient foods to quickly grab and go when in a rush, without recognizing the calories that come with those convenient foods AND the fact that often they don’t hold high nutritional value.... Isn’t it amazing that when you switch your food choices for those that are higher in nutrition, the volume of that food changes too. When it comes to snacks... make sure you have some of those higher nutrition options available, so they become your norm to fuel your body with. I’m sure your body will love you for it too.

03.01.2022 WHAT MAKES YOUR KIDS HAPPY? The last couple of weeks we have had TERRIBLE bad drop offs at daycare/kinder. This little guy who is usually always smiling and laughing has been doing a lot of crying and saying how much he doesn’t like school anymore. To get to the bottom of this we have been talking a lot about feelings and what makes him feel upset, angry, loved, etc.... I asked him the other day what are some of the things that makes him happy and this was his response; When I get to play Eating tiny teddies Playing with adults Cuddles When I see people Having sleep overs Playing lego Going to the toy shop Going to peoples houses to play Sleeping in your bed Going to the beach Swimming lessons Eating yummy food when Presley shares What makes your kiddies happy?

02.01.2022 BEING COMFORTABLE INVOLVES: Lying in bed rather than getting up early avoiding hard exercises and only selecting ones you like doing driving to places you can walk to... watching the tv rather than reading a book relying on Uber eats instead of trying to cook a home mad meal saying no to experiences or events you want to go to, out fear of feeling uncomfortable COMFORT ISNT GOING ANYWHERE, AND IT WONT HELP YOU PROPEL TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. 01.01.2022 EGGPLANT PIZZA I feel like eggplant is such an underrated vegetable. I hardly ever use it in cooking, however, these goodies never disappoint. They are so quick to whip up and have as a easy lunch with some protein.... All you need to do it cut your eggplant into disks and then top with some Passata and cheese. Then bake in the oven. You could use ricotta or cottage cheese or like I did- mozzarella cheese. Even some yummy pineapple would go so nicely on top too. Would you eat something like this?

01.01.2022 HERE IS WHAT MY LOVELY CLIENT SAID ABOUT DOING THE MRT... WHAT HAVE YOU LOVED ABOUT THE MRT? I have loved doing the MRT because its not about short term goals. Its something that i can carry on, and continue naturally in my everyday life. Its completely changed the way i view food and myself. Ive learnt how to eat a much more balanced diet, how to simply add in more nutrient rich foods to my every day meals. I feel so much better physically now, no more bloating, no more s...luggish days. The physical changes have been amazing but they are just the icing on the cake. This isnt your 'typical diet' that you cant maintain. This is an amazing support group, that truly changes your outlook on food and lifestyle so you can maintain it even after finishing the program.
