Do each exercise 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off for 2 rounds to get your 10 minute block. A strong core is essential to avoid lower back pain, helps with diastatis recti and pushing your ab separation back together and is so important post birth when all the hormones soften and weaken the pelvic area to get ready for birth. If you dont strengthen the area with exercises, how will it get stronger again?? Who wants to work on strengthening their core?

14.01.2022 The number 1 mistake I see when trying to lose body fat? Thinking you can have your cake and eat it too If you want to lose fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit. ... There was a case study done by the Nutrition Professor at Kansas University to test the theory of Calories in VS Calories out to prove that that is the most logical way to lose weight. He used his calorie quota with eating twinkles and had a calorie deficit in favour of more calories out. He lost weight across a 10 week period! Is your serving size the same as your partner/husband who is typically 10-20kg heavier than a female yet you are consuming = calories? Sometimes weight loss isnt cutting all the bad stuff and going nuts to eat like a body builder, just start by eating smaller portions that match your output/exercise load. And if youre not exercising enough...girl you gotta watch what youre putting in your mouth...it might be that youre over eating in terms of QUANTITY!!! If Twinkie guy is having treats and losing weight....what does that say to you?? My poll last week of Diet or Exercise being easier to stick to showed us all that we need to work on diet. Lets not shock the system and do anything crazy, lets just cut the portion size for the next couple of weeks. Whos on board with this for the next couple of weeks?

I can guarantee you that you will find the time to be sick or injured if you dont look after yourself. The best way to ensure you make time in your week for fitness is to book it in like an appointment so you MAKE the time to do it just as you would for any other appointment in life. Youre making the time for every doctor, MCHN, Obstetrician appointment so why not prioritise your... health and wellness time. Before long, these appointments will become second nature and just be a part of life, its just how to create these habits initially that is important. 04.01.2022 Thats a wrap for the mums in the North and their 8 week BuggyFit block. 2 classes a week and ALL the mamas out in a massive effort, learnt so many new exercises in the gym and are lifting heavier weights and going harder in their HIIT sessions.
