Choosing the right type of eating style for you can mean eliminating some carbohydrates or ensuring you are eating enough before and post workouts, depending on how your body reacts to the carbohydrates and sugar or you may benefit from a different type of diet. 11.01.2022 Filling the void with some comfort food... I am NOT a soup person, in-fact it makes me gag but lately I’ve been testing out some recipes to add to my challenge and this my friends was delicious! It’s a prawn laksa with some kelp noodles (as I’m not a big fan of whole-wheat noodles). I cannot wait to construct this recipe... kelp noodles although they’re really nutrient dense are on the more costly side so if that’s a concern rice noodles are perfect. One pan, super easy and super delicious .

04.01.2022 Eating Whole/ clean foods does not have to mean you miss out on the good stuff. Once you change your mindset, your lifestyle and your habits the good stuff is actually good for you! We eat good clean Whole Foods and the benefits I have seen personally are; more balanced hormones (I literally have to jot down my cycle so I know when it’s coming, in the past I would almost keel over), I’ve more energy, my brain actually has more than crickets going on in there, I eat m...ore than I every have, I’m the fittest and most toned I’ve ever been and That’s just a few benefits that I have experienced. I’ve learnt how to love cooking, how to really appreciate food, to not feel bad that I don’t eat meat every day, that I can actually have a healthy relationship with food... Good food, real food! It’s overwhelming thinking about changing your whole life, it’s not about being given a meal plan, a shopping list or a list of foods. That is easy and it’s often not sustainable. It’s about learning how to cook, how to enjoy and how to buy real healthy delicious food easily. It’s being taught about how to create the lifestyle one small step at a time, it’s about having support while making those changes. My question is are you ready? Are you ready to admit that what you are eating is making you feel drained, bloated or unhappy?
