Exercising during pregnancy gives you the opportunity to build strength and increase stamina levels to carry you through labour, as well as preparing you for the heavy physical demands of the first few months as a new mum. Antenatal Classes will focus on low impact aerobics to help maintain your weight & fitness levels, increase your energy levels, reduce tiredness as well as decrease time in labour. Specific pelvic floor exercise to aid in labour and quicker recovery after birth. Gentle Stretch and Balance sessions making pregnancy easier, releasing stress and muscle soreness & tightness.
